Stop building status decks.
Start showing the trial.
TOWER takes the daily report and deck assembly off your project teams and gives your Sponsors live visibility into the trials you run.
Remove internal work.
Your functional leads spend a meaningful share of every week turning trackers and exports into reports, agendas, and slides. TOWER generates that layer from data your team already maintains. The manual assembly step goes away.
Improve bid defenses.
Sponsors choose CROs partly on transparency. Every CRO says, "You'll get a weekly update." TOWER says, "You'll have live visibility into your trial, in a structured platform, from day one." TOWER becomes part of your bid.
Fewer status requests. Better calls.
Most Sponsor status requests aren't really requests for data. They're requests for confidence — the client can't see the trial, so they ask.
When the Sponsor has a live view, the ad hoc requests thin out, and standing calls stop opening with reconciliation. Your team spends meeting time on the trial instead of on the numbers about the trial.
How the Partnership Works:
Expand each feature in the accordion menu to learn more.
-
Your trials adopt TOWER's customizable Master Oversight Tracker structure. One consistent operational format across every study you run on TOWER.
-
For CRO partners, TOWER can carry your branding instead of ours — your logo in the platform Sponsors log into. It's a small technical detail with an outsized effect: instead of explaining that you use a third-party tool, you're showing the client a platform that looks like it's yours.
-
Each trial goes through the same two-week mapping and validation process and comes online with its Sponsor attached. Trials already in flight onboard the same way as new starts.
-
Both organizations work in the same platform on the same trial. Your team maintains the Master Oversight Tracker. System reports analysis and parsing is automated. Your client sees the result.
TOWER as a lightweight, secure oversight tool
Mid-Trial Adoption:
You don't have to wait for the next study.
TOWER isn't a system of record, so adding it doesn't mean migrating anything, revalidating anything, or changing what your team and/or client does day to day. Your EDC and CTMS are untouched. A trial that's two years into enrollment onboards the same way one in startup does.
Multi-Trial Note:
One trial or five.
TOWER is licensed per trial with portfolio pricing. Each trial gets its own configuration, thresholds and CRO association — and your team can move between them from one login. CRO channel partners bring multiple trials, so pricing follows volume rather than a flat enterprise license. The more trials you run on TOWER, the lower the per-trial cost.
Not a Replacement:
Your validated systems stay untouched.
TOWER isn't an EDC and isn't a CTMS. It doesn't hold source data, doesn't replace a system of record, and doesn't require you to migrate anything. It reads what those systems already produce and puts both organizations in front of the same version of it automatically.
Bring the meetings you actually run and we'll show you what they look like when the prep is already done.
Access Boundaries:
Clear lines on who sees what.
A trial is associated with one Sponsor organization and one CRO organization. Each sees that trial and nothing else.
CRO users have fourteen of the sixteen modules. Financials and account administration are Sponsor-only, and that boundary is enforced on the server.
Fast, No-Hassle Integration:
Hands-off configuration and launch.
We will request a handful of initial documents from your team (trackers, reports, and vendor invoices). Pylon will then configure, QC, and launch your trial’s TOWER environment within two weeks - no IT hours needed from your side.
