What makes TOWER different?

Most oversight tools organize around data categories and leave your team to reassemble that data into whatever a specific meeting or event needs.
TOWER organizes around the meetings and events themselves — the modules for your CRA call, all-hands-on-deck call, data cleaning call, etc. are already grouped and ordered before you open it. That's a structural difference, not a feature difference: it's why TOWER can function as the literal operating platform instead of a dashboard someone has to interpret. The tracker sync and AI extractions are how the data gets there; the meeting-mapped structure is what makes it usable once it does. TOWER will save your team hundreds of hours per year.
How much does TOWER cost?

A one-time onboarding/integration engagement to get a trial live. One monthly subscription to keep it running. What you pay depends on trial complexity and how many trials you bring.
Trials vary enormously — number of sites, number of vendors, how many operational reports are in play, whether a CRO is bringing one study or fifteen. We'd rather scope it accurately than publish a figure that's wrong for most people who read it.

What if I want to add custom features to my trial’s TOWER environment?

Minor updates, such as adding a new custom column to an existing module’s table, are included in the standard monthly package (minor updates within reason!)
Major updates, such as creating a new module specific to your trial, will be billed at an hourly development rate of $140/hr. Parameters and specifications of the new build would be established prior to any billing.
